The Restart app was developed in collaboration with an expert insolvency lawyer and provides an easy way to submit a report on income and expenses
From the date of receipt of an order to initiate proceedings, the debtor is obliged to file once every two months, throughout the entire insolvency procedure until receiving the debt dismiss, a report on income and expenses, detailing all the debtors income and expenses
For most debtors this is not a simple task that disrupts their daily routine as they are required to attach to the report on income and expenses, all the references proving their income and expenses such as: pay slips, electricity bill, invoices for groceries, medicines and more
In fact, during the insolvency period, until the debt dismiss is received, the debtors are required to collect these references, keep them and once every two months scan them in a centralized manner and attach to the income statement accompanied by explanations detailing each expense and income
The Restart app makes it easier for the debtor throughout the insolvency period until the debt dismiss is received
Restart will allow the debtor to document any expense or income and transfer it in real time to the lawyer representing the debtor during the insolvency period , this action allows the debtor and the lawyer to monitor the current financial conduct during the insolvency period and filing the report.
All that is required of the debtor is
Take a photo of the reference using the Restart app
In the automatic fields displayed in the Restart application, the debtor will be asked to indicate the date of issuance of the reference, whether it is income or expenditure and additional details required as part of the procedure
At any time, you can get a balance of your expenses and income
Once every two months you can produce through a restart a report to which all the references will be attached
The Restart app will make it easier for the debtor to submit a report on income and expenses, which is a condition for receiving the debt dismiss.
